GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The University of St. Francis women's indoor track & field program will be represented by seven individuals at the 46th Annual NAIA Women's Indoor Track & Field National Championships, which take place March 5-7 at the Alachua County Sports & Events Center at Celebration Pointe in Gainesville, Fla.
Making up the USF contingent are
Carmen Solis,
Evita Martinez,
Dyannara Franco and
Lilia Hacker, as well as alternates
Nicole Vollrath,
Gianna Trenter and
Dianna Mascote.
The four-person grouping of Franco, Hacker, Martinez and Solis will open the event on Thursday at 3:45 pm CST for the Saints, competing in the preliminaries of the distance medley relay. Vollrath, Trenter and Mascote will serve as alternates for that unit. Finals for the event will take place on Saturday at 3:40 pm CST.
Solis, Martinez and Franco will also be competing individually in the preliminaries of the 3,000-meter race on Friday at 3:15 pm CST. Finals for their event will take place on Saturday at 2 pm CST.
