KANSAS CITY, Mo./CHICAGO -- Led by four-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete
Allison Ramsey, the University of St. Francis women's track team boasted seven spots on the 2025 CCAC All-Academic Team with six of those athletes also earning NAIA Scholar-Athlete status when the respective academic honor rolls were released on Wednesday.
Joining Ramsey, who completed her coursework for her Master's degree in Social Work this past semester, in earning both honors were
Riley Fleming,
Marianne Gerona,
Liliana Ordonez,
Claire Roberts and
Gianna Trenter.
Ordonez and Trenter collected both honors for the third time in their careers. Both seniors, Ordonez is a Nursing major and Trenter is pursuing a degree in Biology.
Roberts was named a NAIA Scholar-Athlete for the second time and claimed a spot on the CCAC All-Academic Team for the third time. She graduated earlier this month with a Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education.
Fleming and Gerona rounded out the list of dual recipients by garnering both NAIA and CCAC accolades for the first time. Fleming earned a Master's degree in Social Work, while Gerona is completing her requirement for a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Both women were two of only twelve individuals on the 96-person conference honor roll to boast a perfect 4.00 grade point average.
Olivia Bukowski, meanwhile, closed out her running career as a Saint with her spot on the CCAC All-Academic Team for the first time. She earned her Master's degree in Social Work earlier this month.
To be nominated for the CCAC award, a student-athlete must have been enrolled at her school for a minimum of one academic year, have completed at least 30 semester hours and boast no less than a 3.25 cumulative grade point average.
In order to receive NAIA Scholar-Athlete status, nominees must be a sophomore or above in academic standing, must have been in attendance at the nominating institution for one full academic year and must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher at the time of the nomination deadline.
