NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Allison Ramsey led the way for the University of St. Francis women's track & field team with a first place finish in the 3000-meter race at the North Central College Heenan Invitational on Saturday as the Saints opened the spring semester of its indoor season by totaling 30 points to place sixth in a field of 11 teams.

Ramsey dominated the field in her event, collecting a final time of 10:17.63, resulting in a 14-second gap to the second place finisher.  Nicole Vollrath also placed in the race, finishing fourth overall with a time of 11:03.65.

Dyannara Franco authored two fourth-place finishes on the afternoon in the 800-meter run and one mile run, finishing with times of 2:31.19 and 5:41.98, respectively.

Jaden Hart rounded out USF's scoring with her fourth-place finish in the weight throw event.  She finished the day with a distance of 13.16m.

North Central captured the meet title with its 216 total points.
