FORT WAYNE, Ind. --- Five different Saints posted Top 10 marks when the University of St. Francis women's outdoor track & field team competed at the Indiana Institute of Technology Monday Meet.
Three of those performances came in the 1,500 meter run, where
Ana Mendoza Pineda led the way with her sixth place effort. She finished in 4:44.04, which was just ahead of teammate
Bailey Wilk at 4:45.93
. Allison Ramsey was two spots back in ninth place with her time of 4:48.29. A total of 42 individuals competed in the event.
Teghan Tillman matched Pineda for the best finish among Saint performers at the meet with her sixth place showing among 25 challengers in the high jump event. Her best mark was a height of 5 feet, 1.25 inches.
Rounding out the list was
Mara Bruno in the long jump, which featured 27 competitors. She placed tenth with a jump of 16 feet, 9.75 inches.Â
No team scores were kept at the meet.
