LOCKPORT, Ill. -- The University of St. Francis men's tennis team closed the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference regular season portion of its 2025-26 campaign by dropping a 4-0 decision to Judson University on Sunday afternoon.
The Saints (0-7, 0-4 CCAC) claimed just three games on the day, which came with one game apiece from its Nos. 1-3 singles positions with matching 6-0, 6-1 final scores. The Nos. 2 and 3 singles defeats did not count towards the official score, however, as those matches were completed after Judson captured is fourth and final point after securing wins via forfeits at Nos. 5-6 and a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 4 followed by the win at No. 1. Since the matchup began in singles play competition, doubles play was not required to be played to determine a winner.
With the overall win, Judson's record improves to 9-13, 2-1 on the year.
