Prosperi, Tobiasz Gain College Sports Communicators Women’s Bowling All-District Recognition

GREENWOOD, Ind. -- Two members of the University of St. Francis women's bowling program have garnered recognition as 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) NAIA Academic All-District selections.  Announced as women's at-large team selections for the first time in their careers were Lindsey Prosperi and Haley Tobiasz.

The award recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the lanes and in the classroom.  To be eligible, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore both athletically and academically and boast no less than a 3.50 cumulative grade point average, while performing at an elite athletic level.  Academic All-District honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot.

A three-year member of the St. Francis program, Prosperi appeared in all 10 varsity tournaments during the 2025-26 season.  This past winter, she averaged a 183.7 mark with a single-game high of 246 at the varsity level with her best performance of the year coming at the Greater Detroit Open (Jan. 25), where she bowled at a 199.0 clip.

The award comes on top of Prosperi claiming NAIA Scholar-Athlete and WHAC All-Academic recognition honors for the second time this winter.  An English major, she is a Dean's List recipient in each of her six semesters at the university.

Joining Prosperi in receiving her first all-district honors was Tobiasz.  The junior appeared in nine of 10 varsity tournaments during the 2025-26 campaign.  This past season, she averaged a 176.4 mark with a single-game high of 235 on the varsity front with her best showing of the year coming at the Columbia 300 Hoosier Classic (Feb. 14-15), where she bowled to a 186.2 average.

An Art & Design major, Tobiasz is a two-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete and WHAC All-Academic selection.  She has also been named to the Dean's List in four of her six semesters at USF.

The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions – NCAA I, II and III and NAIA.  Academic All-America honorees will be announced later this month.
