Bintsarovskaya Named to the All-Conference Team For Third Straight Year

CHICAGO -- A six-win singles season has earned University of St. Francis' Anna Bintsarovskaya a spot on the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference all-league singles team, it was announced by the conference office on Wednesday morning. A total of six players made up the team.

Bintsarovskaya was named to the singles team for the third consecutive spring.

Building off her 11-3 record as a sophomore one year ago, Bintsarovskaya went 6-1 in singles play this past spring seeing time at the No. 1 position. She also claimed the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Regional crown with a 3-0 showing, before advancing to the ITA Cup in Rome, Ga. While at the national tournament Bintsarovskaya, defeated 2024 NAIA All-American Silva Avakian of Friends University (Kan.) on Friday with scores of 6-1, 6-7 (4-7), 6-2. She followed that performance with another win against Hanna Lindebloom of William Woods University (Mo.) with a 6-3, 7-6 (7-2) decision. Like Avakian, Lindebloom was also a NAIA All-America choice in 2024.

Bintsarovskaya ranked as high as No. 4 nationally among ITA singles rankings.

In doubles action, Bintsarovskaya produced a 3-3 mark after going 8-4 last spring. The majority of her time came paired with Gabriella Noa in the No.1 slot.

In conference-only matches, Bintsarovskaya went 3-0 in singles and 1-1 in doubles.

USF went 2-7 overall and 1-3 in league play during the 2024-25 season.
