FORT WAYNE, Ind. --- Led by
Michael Corcoran, six members of the University of St. Francis men's outdoor track & field team recorded Top 10 finishes at the Indiana Institute of Technology Warrior Open on Friday.
Corcoran notched a second-place finish among 32 runners in the 1,500-meter field with his time of 3:59.47.
Pedro Ocampo was sixth in the same event, registering a 4:06.45.
USF's next highest finish came from
Kendall Burrow in the hammer throw. He placed fourth out of 19 competitors with his distance of 156 feet, 5 inches.
Darius Brown earned a sixth-place finish in the 800-meter dash, where he recorded a mark of 1:58.90 among 24 runners.
Rounding out the list was
Scott Crabb in the 5,000-meter run (7th, 15:42.31) and
Adrien Manning in the 400-meter dash (10th, 51.48 seconds).
The Saints compete in the Wheaton College Invitational next Saturday.
