CHICAGO --- A Top 10 performance both at the Aquinas College (Mich.) NAIA Great Lakes Challenge and all-time in the annals of University of St. Francis helped lock in Tyler Anderson's (Plainfield, Ill.) second Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week award for 2026, the league office announced Wednesday afternoon.

Anderson placed ninth overall among 191 competitors at the elite race on Saturday, which included 12 NAIA ranked teams or those receiving votes.  The senior's mark of 24:30.3 over the 8K distance also was the sixth-best time in the history of the USF men's cross country program.

As a squad, the Fighting Saints placed seventh among the loaded field of 22 teams.
