JOLIET, Ill. -- The Saints worked through an up and down spring 2021 season, finishing with an above .500 record and a CCAC Quarterfinal appearance. They have high hopes going into the fall 2021 schedule. The team will begin the quest to return to the postseason on August 24th when they hit the road to take on Taylor University.
The Saints will face a challenging slate of non-conference action to start the year. They open the season on Tuesday, August 24th on the road in Upland, Ind. where they will take on Taylor University. USF will open the home portion of their schedule just a few days later when Mount Mercy comes to Joliet Memorial Stadium. The Saints will play two more matches in the opening week of play, welcoming Goshen to Joliet before heading to Iowa to take on Clarke. USF will close the non-conference portion of the schedule on September 8th against Marian (Ind.)
St. Francis will open the CCAC portion of the schedule on September 11th at home against Lincoln College. In total, the Saints will play six home CCAC matches and seven on the road.
The regular season and home finale will come on October 30th against Cardinal Stritch with a 7:30 pm kickoff.
