Currier won her 500th career win against Concordia University (Mich.) on Oct. 8, 2022. She achieved her 300th career win on Sept. 20, 2013, in a three-set win over Indiana University East.

Currier was successful in her initial season at USF in 2002, where her team posted a 35-9 mark, won the CCAC and NAIA Region VII tournaments, and advanced to the NAIA national tournament where the team tied for 11th place.

Before being named head coach at USF, Currier served as an assistant volleyball coach for the 2000-01 season. Additionally, she spent five years as a math teacher and coach at Plainfield Central High School.
