University of St. Francis (III.)

* Starts his first year at USF with the 2020 season and is responsible for coaching the linebackers position.

* Sheedy was a varsity football assistant coach at Immaculuate Conception (IC) Catholic Prep in Elmhurst, Ill., from 2010-18 and guided the Knights to three (2016-18) consecutive state championship titles.

* Began coaching career in 2000 as the freshmen girls' basketball head coach at Aurora (Ill.) Central Catholic High School along with being as assistant on the junior varsity and varsity teams.  He spent the 2000-01 season coaching girls' basketball before switching to the boy's side to coach football from 2001-08 at both the receivers and defensive secondary positions.

* The Aurora (Ill.) native attended Western Illinois University and the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Ill.
