Jared King joined the Fighting Saints in July of 2025 as a graduate assistant coach for the football team. The 2025-26 season will mark King’s first season assisting the program.
At St. Francis, King assists the program in coordination of practice plans, individual player development, and implementation of game strategies.
A native of Joliet, Ill., King was a three-year student-athlete at University of St. Francis (IL) from 2022-2024 after spending his freshman season at Missouri S&T. While at USF, King accumulated 23 total tackles (10 solo, 13 assisted), two interceptions, and one fumble recovery as a linebacker while seeing action in 15 games played. He graduated from University of St. Francis (IL) in the summer of 2025 with a bachelor’s in Marketing.
King is currently working on his Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Data Analytics from University of St. Francis (Ill.), and is expected to graduate in the spring of 2027.
