GREENWOOD, Ind. -- University of St. Francis women's tennis player
Anna Bintsarovskaya has been named to the 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Women's Tennis Team, it has been announced by the CSC organization. This year marks the second Academic All-District selection for the senior.
The award recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. To be eligible, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore both athletically and academically and boast no less than a 3.50 cumulative grade point average, while performing at an elite athletic level. Academic All-District honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot.
Bintsarovskaya went 7-2 in singles play this past spring seeing time at the No. 1 position. In doubles action, Bintsarovskaya produced a 2-5 mark. Throughout the duration of the season, she was paired with
Heather Heintz in the No.1 slot.
In her four seasons as a Saint, Bintsarovskaya has compiled an overall record of 52-22 consisting of a 33-7 mark in singles and 19-15 in doubles play. She has also ranked as high as No. 4 nationally among ITA singles rankings.
Bintsarovskaya also claimed NAIA Scholar-Athlete and CCAC All-Academic team recognition earlier this month, as well. A Dean's List recipient in all eight of her semesters at USF, Bintsarovskaya is majoring in Computer Science.
