UPLAND, Ind. -- A total of 30 members of the University of St. Francis football program have claimed Mid-States Football Association (MSFA) All-Academic status for 2025, the league office announced on Monday.
To earn the league distinction, a member of the gridiron program must have maintained a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.25 and be no less than a sophomore academically.
A total of 303 student-athletes across 11 conference-member schools were recognized in all, including 15 players that boasted perfect 4.00 grade point averages. Three of those were members of USF's football squad in defensive back

Reid Juster and quarterback
Jonny Sorensen.
Claiming the league recognition for the third time were:

Nick Franciskovich: Â Senior defensive back and History major
Rylan Heersink: Â An offensive lineman in his senior year pursuing a degree in Criminal & Social Justice
Ryan Little: Â Senior wide receiver pursuing a degree in Information Technology
Nick Mabutas: Special Education major and senior tight end
Anthony Niecikowski:Â Senior offensive lineman and Nursing major
Curtis Reeves:Â A Values-Based Management major and senior defensive lineman

Noah Barnes: Â Junior offensive lineman majoring in Middle Grades Education
Carl Bew: Â Junior Communication & Media Arts major and quarterback
William Brandau: Â Senior defensive back and Marketing major
Cortez Johnson: Â Graduate student wide receiver working on his Master's in Business Administration
Peyton Norton:Â Entrepreneurship major in his junior season as an offensive lineman
Allan Richards: Â Senior linebacker and Criminal & Social Justice major
Trey Sayers: Â Graduate student defensive back working on his Master's in Business Administration
