JOLIET, Ill. -- Wednesday's University of St. Francis women's basketball game against Trinity Christian College, that was scheduled for a 5 pm tip-off, has been canceled and ruled a forfeit in favor of St. Francis.  Trinity Christian was forced to forfeit its game this week due to player unavailability within the Trolls program.

Per NAIA policy, the game will count as a win for the Saints in their overall record and in Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference standings.

St. Francis (21-3, 13-3 CCAC), who is currently ranked No. 21 in the latest NAIA Coaches' Poll, will turn its attention to another Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference showdown on Saturday (Feb. 7) against Indiana University Northwest.  The game is scheduled to start at 1 pm in the Savannah Center.
