SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Four Indiana University South Bend Titans tallied double-digit point nights to offset just one for the University of St. Francis men's basketball team as the Titans pulled away from the get-to to gain an 80-54 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference victory at the Student Activities Center in South Bend, Ind. on Saturday afternoon. The loss was the fourth in the last six contests for the Saints who now stand at 10-5 overall on the season, and 5-2 in league play.
Ethan Hill produced eight of his 12 points after halftime, where IUSB outscored USF 38-27. The senior forward was 4-for-7 with two three-pointers and pulled down a game-high 10 rebounds for the game's lone double-double.
Kyle Olagbegi and AJ Dunn each added another 12 points apiece with Mark White contributing 10 for the Titans (12-4, 6-1 CCAC).
USF countered with 18 points from

The Saints fell behind 15-4 after the game's first six minutes and faced that same 11-point deficit (38-27) at the 4:54 mark of the opening frame, before allowing the Titans to close the half with a 7-3 scoring spurt to mark the score at 42-27 at the half time break.
Indiana South Bend would never allow the Saints to get any closer in the second half using a 10-2 run followed by a 15-7 burst to extend their lead to 30 points (68-38) ten minutes into the second period. St. Francis' closest deficits over the final 10 minutes were 22 points (73-51) with 4:37 to play and again at the 2:58 mark (76-54).
The Saints converted at a .408 clip for the game (20-of-49), and were just 4-of-11 from three-point range (.300). Turnovers again played a key role in the outcome with IUSB forcing 16 turnovers for the Saints which resulted in a 22-4 scoring differential in favor of the Titans.
