Brianna Hoffman joined the Fighting Saints in July of 2026 as the head coach for the women’s competitive dance team after serving as an assistant to the program serve during the 2025-26 season. The 2026-27 season will mark Hoffman’s combined second year on the Saints’ coaching staff, and first as head coach.
As an assistant during the 2025-26 season, Hoffman assisted the program in obtaining six American Midwest Conference all-league selections, four NAIA Scholar Athletes, six AMC all-academic honorees, and two College Sports Communicators All-District recipients. The Saints secured one invitational title that season, along with one second place finish.
Hoffman received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from University of St. Francis (Ill.) in May of 2025 and was a four-year member of the women’s dance program. During her time as a student-athlete at USF, she was a national qualifier as part of the 2023-24 squad. In that same year, she was also selected as the team’s captain and received the AMC Champions of Character award as well as USF’s female Billy Manner Inspirational Saint award. Hoffman was a member of 11 first place invitational finishes between the 2022 and 2025 seasons, while also assisting in setting a school record with a score of 93.65 at the USF Invitational on 2/24/24. During her junior year, the 2024 squad qualified for the program’s first ever NAIA National Dance appearance, in which they secured an 8th place overall team finish. Hoffman received NAIA Third Team All-American accolades in 2024.
Academically, Hoffman received American Midwest Conference All-Academic Team accolades in 2025 and was a USF Dean’s List recipient. In 2024 she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honor Society.
