* Begins her fourth year on USF's coaching staff in 2020-21
* Named USTFCCCA 2020 NAIA Midwest Region Women's Indoor Track and Field Assistant Coach of the Year
* In her first season (2017) with the St. Francis cross country programs, helped the Saints to a sweep of the CCAC Championships
* During track & field season, guided USF to its highest finish at the NAIA Indoor Championships on the men's side (eighth)
* Helped coach 11 track & field NAIA All-Americans in the 2017-18 season and eight in the 2019-20 campaign
* Also serves as USF's intramural coordinator
Prior to USF
* Spent two years working with the North Central College women's cross country and track & field programs as a graduate assistant coach
* Coached NCC's Madison Renfro, the 2016 NCAA Division III national championship in the 60-meter hurdles
* During her two years, NCC's women's cross country team had six all-conference runners and won the 2015 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Championship
* Had a stellar track & field career at Lewis University
* Earned All-America honors in the 1600-meter relay at the 2015 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships
* All-conference honoree in each of her four years (2012-15) with the Flyers
* Set school records in the 400-meter hurdles, 1600-meter relay, and the distance medley relay
* Received the Christian Brothers Achievement Award Scholarship and participated in three mission trips with Messiah Lutheran Church
