Kristen Myers joined the Fighting Saints in July of 2025 as an assistant coach for the women’s dance team. The 2025-26 season will mark Myers’ first year assisting the program.
At St. Francis, Myers assists the program in coordination of practice plans, individual player development, and implementation of competition strategies.
A four-year member of the USF women’s dance program, Myers was a member of 11 first place invitational finishes between the 2022 and 2025 seasons, while also assisting in setting a school record with a score of 93.65 at the USF Invitational on 2/25/24. During her junior year, the 2024 squad qualified for the program’s first ever NAIA National Dance appearance, in which they secured an 8th place overall team finish.
Myers is a three-time NAIA All-American. She received NAIA First Team All-American accolades in 2023 and 2024, and Third Team All-American honors in 2025.
Myers is currently a dance instructor for the Romeoville Park District in Romeoville, Ill. where she teaches choreography and routine development to learners ranging from ages 3-13. She is proficient in ballet, jazz, contemporary and hip-hop dance.
Myers graduated from the University of St. Francis (Ill.) in May of 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
