LOCKPORT, Ill. --- Holy Cross College scored the point in doubles play, but the University of St. Francis women's tennis team swept singles action to close out the regular season with a 4-1 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference victory Wednesday afternoon at Challenge Fitness.
Gabriella Noa claimed a pair of wins on the day including the first singles victory to get the sweep started. She first teamed up with
Nikkie Christiansen for USF's only doubles win, 6-1 at No.2. Holy Cross (7-11, 3-2 CCAC) won the other two doubles competitions 6-3 and 6-2.
Noa went on win 6-2, 6-0 at No.2 singles. That was followed by
Denisse Lizano's 6-1, 6-3 victory in the No.1 slot and
Maria Kuzminskaya winning 6-1, 6-1 at No.4.
Kiana Sikich then sealed the match for the Saints (8-10, 4-2) with her 6-1, 6-3 decision at No.6.

The Saints will host a first-round Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament matchup on Tuesday against a yet to be determined opponent.
