LOCKPORT, Ill. --- The University of St. Francis men's tennis team closed out its regular season dropping a 4-0 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference decision to Holy Cross College on Tuesday afternoon at Challenge Fitness.

Holy Cross, which is among others receiving votes in the latest NAIA Coaches' Poll, opened the day by sweeping each of the three doubles matches by 6-3, 6-2 and 6-2 counts.

In singles play, Sebastian Bahamondes and Erwan Le Guennec had the most success for the Saints, winning four games each. Bahamondes fell 6-1, 6-3 at No.1 with Guennec dropping a 6-2, 6-2 decision at No.2.

The Saints (4-15, 2-4 CCAC) will face either Judson University or Olivet Nazarene University in the quarterfinal round of the CCAC Tournament on Monday. The opposition will be known after the completion of play later on this week.
